He is NOT right on both these accounts and what is worse is, as Israeli soldier, Izidor Elgrabli, who posted this tiktok video shows, it is a business opportunity. Ethnically cleanse Gaza, take away the homes and lands of the remaning Palestinian population and develop the land into luxury apartments.
He shamelessly admits he is from the construction company Pinui Binui and that they will have the buildings ready to move into wihtin 6 months and to register now. Showing the viewers the destruction and buildings on fire, he says:

How do we expect humanity from these people? It’s ethnic cleansing on mass. It’s a genocide. These people are ideologically driven to get rid of Palestine so they can make money on the back and land of the people they murdered!
The same ethnic cleansing is happening in the West Bank where the Israeli government just approved 3344 new housing units to be built on illegally acquired land. All this in defiance of multiple UN Resolutions which direct the Israel’s to end all settlement development amd relinquish land appropriated wrongly after the 1967 Arab-Israeli war. Israel as ignored the world for nearly a decade, what makes anyone believe they will stop now?
