ANOTHER CALIFORNIA UNIVERSITY DIVESTS ISRAELI INVESTMENTS VOTE 15-0

The Associated Students of University of California Riverside passed a resolution last night calling for divestment from Israel.

With a decisive vote of 15 votes in favour of divesting and 0 objections, the resolution passed to resounding applause from the students of UCR. The decision will trigger a series of actions that will see the university withdraw investments in excess of $1 million from companies and organizations supporting Israel.

Well done @UCR for standing on the right side of history.
