🚨 ISRAEL SLAMS “REPUGNANT” SOUTH AFRICAN ICJ REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY ORDERS 🚨

In Reuters report published yesterday, it stated that Israel had asked the International Court of Justice not to issue an emergency order for it to step up humanitarian aid to Gaza to address what aid organizations warn is a looming famine, dismissing South Africa’s request for such an order as “morally repugnant.”

The report explained that these comments came in a legal filing to the world’s top court, made public on Monday, where Israel CLAIMED it “has real concern for the humanitarian situation and innocent lives, as demonstrated by the actions it has and is taking” in Gaza during the war.

The report continued by saying lawyers for Israel denied allegations of deliberately causing humanitarian suffering in the enclave, where hunger is rising, and said South Africa’s repeated requests for additional measures were an abuse of procedures.
The filing said South Africa’s accusations in its request for new measures, filed March 6, are “wholly unfounded in fact and law, morally repugnant, and represent an abuse both of the Genocide Convention and of the court itself.”

The new exchange between the parties is part of South Africa’s ongoing case accusing Israel of state-led genocide in Gaza.

🚨 إسرائيل تنتقد طلب محكمة العدل الدولية في جنوب أفريقيا “البغيض” لإصدار أوامر الطوارئ 🚨

وذكرت في تقرير لرويترز نشرته أمس أن إسرائيل طلبت من محكمة العدل الدولية عدم إصدار أمر طوارئ لزيادة المساعدات الإنسانية لغزة لمعالجة ما تحذر منظمات الإغاثة من مجاعة تلوح في الأفق، رافضة طلب جنوب أفريقيا لمثل هذا الأمر. النظام باعتباره “بغيضًا أخلاقياً”.

وأوضح التقرير أن هذه التعليقات جاءت في ملف قانوني تم تقديمه إلى أعلى محكمة في العالم، وتم الإعلان عنه يوم الاثنين، حيث زعمت إسرائيل أنها “تشعر بقلق حقيقي على الوضع الإنساني وأرواح الأبرياء، كما يتضح من الإجراءات التي اتخذتها وتتخذها” في غزة أثناء الحرب.

وتابع التقرير بالقول إن محامي إسرائيل نفوا مزاعم التسبب عمدا في معاناة إنسانية في القطاع الذي يتزايد فيه الجوع، وقالوا إن طلبات جنوب أفريقيا المتكررة باتخاذ إجراءات إضافية تمثل إساءة استخدام للإجراءات.
وجاء في الدعوى أن اتهامات جنوب أفريقيا في طلبها لاتخاذ تدابير جديدة، الذي قدمته في 6 مارس/آذار، “لا أساس لها من الصحة على الإطلاق في الواقع والقانون، وبغيضة من الناحية الأخلاقية، وتمثل إساءة استخدام لاتفاقية الإبادة الجماعية والمحكمة نفسها”.

كيف لا أساس لهذه الادعاءات والعالم يشهدها بأعيننا؟

ويعد التبادل الجديد بين الطرفين جزءًا من قضية جنوب إفريقيا المستمرة التي تتهم إسرائيل بارتكاب إبادة جماعية في غزة.
