HAMAS RESPOND TO NEW RESOLUTION WHAT ABOUT OUR 7000 HOSTAGES?
March 26, 2024Soon after the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, Hamas issued a statement thanking the body, but also seeking a “”permanent”” ceasefire and full withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Palestinian enclave.
Most importantly it added, was any mention of the more than 7000 Palestinian HOSTAGES being HELD by ISRAEL which must be released for the truce to be fair and long lasting.
Hamas stated that it HOLDS Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin NETANYAHU RESPONSIBLE for the failure of the negotiations.
“It is the role of the international community to oblige Israel and to end this double standard,” Basem Naim, a senior official in Hamas’s political bureau, said.
