Iran Raises Allegations Over Missile Launch Sites
Abbas Araghchi said Iranian authorities believe recent rocket attacks targeting Kharg Island and Abu Musa Island were launched using M142 HIMARS from locations in the United Arab Emirates.
According to Araghchi, Iran’s forces tracked the launches and concluded they originated from two sites in the UAE, including Ras Al Khaimah and an area near Dubai. He warned that launching missiles from densely populated areas in neighboring countries is “extremely dangerous” and unacceptable.
The allegation comes amid rapidly rising tensions across the region. No independent confirmation of the launch locations has yet been reported.
