David Icke Reveals “The Hidden Hand” Controlling the Global Banking System
March 15, 2026
David Icke – live in Maastricht 2017
The banking system appears as many separate institutions, but in reality it operates like a single network.
Organizations such as the IMF, the European Central Bank, the World Bank, and national central banks like the Federal Reserve function within the same global financial framework, often pursuing aligned policies that can influence economies worldwide.
A key coordinating hub is the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel, Switzerland. The BIS brings together central bank leaders from around the world to discuss and coordinate monetary policy. Decisions and policy directions formed at this level often flow through national central banks, then into government economic policy, ultimately affecting the public.
In this view, financial influence moves through interconnected layers-elite financial institutions, central banks, governments, and finally ordinary people. Critics of the system argue that modern banking relies heavily on the creation of credit-money issued through lending-and that interest is charged on money created within this system.
