At Al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza, UNICEF spokesperson James Elder says Israeli quadcopters shot four children. Among them was Aya, a 5-year-old girl who died in the hospital.
The facility is so overcrowded that many children wait in corridors for a bed.
Save the Children reports Israeli forces have killed at least one child every hour since the war on Gaza began, with over 20,000 children killed.
The Palestinian Health Ministry and UN confirm at least 21,000 children are now permanently disabled.
