المحكمة الجنائية الدولية تصدر أوامر اعتقال لوزراء نتنياهو
مايو ۲۰، ۲۰۲٤في إعلان تاريخي، أعلن المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، كريم خان، أنه يسعى لإصدار أوامر اعتقال بحق رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو، ووزير الدفاع يوآف غالانت، والوزير بيني غانتس، بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة من قادة حماس.
وتمثل أوامر الاعتقال ضد السياسيين الإسرائيليين المرة الأولى التي تستهدف فيها المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الزعيم الأعلى لحليف وثيق للولايات المتحدة. ويضع هذا القرار نتنياهو في صحبة الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، الذي أصدرت المحكمة الجنائية الدولية مذكرة اعتقال بحقه بشأن حرب موسكو على أوكرانيا. وتسعى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية أيضًا إلى إصدار أوامر اعتقال بحق زعيم حماس يحيى السنوار، ومحمد دياب إبراهيم المصري، زعيم كتائب القسام، وإسماعيل هنية، الزعيم السياسي لحماس.
ومن خلال التقدم بطلب للحصول على أوامر اعتقال ضد قادة إسرائيليين وحماس في نفس الإجراء، فإن مكتب خان يخاطر بجذب انتقادات بأنه يضع منظمة إرهابية وحكومة منتخبة على قدم المساواة. وستنظر لجنة من قضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية الآن في طلب خان لإصدار أوامر الاعتقال.
*لا يمكن التقليل من أهمية هذا الإجراء. إن أعلى محكمة جنائية في العالم، التي تطبق معايير القانون الدولي بشكل عادل ومنصف، اعتبرت نتنياهو وعصابته من القتلة مجرمين محتملين. ولم يعد بإمكانهم الاختباء وراء الخطاب الكاذب القائل “إن لإسرائيل الحق في الدفاع عن نفسها”.
إن التداعيات الخطيرة لهذا الإجراء سوف يتردد صداها في أروقة السلطة في واشنطن العاصمة ولندن وفرنسا وألمانيا وأستراليا وأي دولة أخرى تواصل دعم إسرائيل في حرب الإبادة الجماعية ضد الفلسطينيين.

Karim Khan: I can also confirm today that I have reasonable grounds to believe on the basis of evidence collected and examined by my office, that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant bear criminal responsibility for the following international crimes committed on the territory of the State of Palestine from at least the 8th of October 2023. The crimes include starvation of civilians as a method of warfare, willfully causing great suffering, serious injury to body or health or cruel treatment, willful killing or murder, and intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population, as well as crimes against humanity of extermination and or murder, persecution and allegations of crimes of committing other inhumane acts. It’s alleged that these crimes were committed in the context of the ongoing armed conflict and as part of a widespread and systematic attack against the civilian population of Gaza pursuant to a state policy. Unfortunately, these crimes continue to this day. My office submits that these individuals, through a common plan, have systematically deprived the civilian population of Gaza of objects indispensable to human survival. We have reached that conclusion based upon interviews with survivors, many eyewitnesses, experts from satellite imagery, statements from Israeli officials, including the two individuals subject to the present application.
