This stuff is eaten all over the world. But it\u2019s banned in Gaza and that’s not even the craziest part! Yo, it’s Yusef Omar. And here are the 20 most surprising things that are banned from Gaza. The last one will absolutely shock you. Since 2016, chocolates have been banned vinegar, potato chips, newspapers, sewing machines, heaters and even jam, all banned. Since 2009, books, candles, crayons, notebooks, fishing rods, glasses, sheets, blankets. All banned. Pasta was previously banned, but it got unbanned when American Senator John Kerry visited and Gaza and was like pasta is not allowed? Are you for real? Okay. And here’s the thing that surprised me the most. Wedding dresses are banned from entering Gaza. Now I get it. Israel are defending themselves from Hamas and that’s why they ban dangerous goods. But are you really telling me that you can kill somebody with a bunch of coriander? At the end of the day that’s what occupation is.
