Denmark’s prime minister is issuing an urgent warning, saying that if Donald Trump in the United States were to attack or try to take Greenland by force, or in any other way, that would be the end of NATO, the security alliance that has guaranteed safety and security for many European countries and for the United States for many years. It comes as Donald Trump is ramping up efforts to annex Greenland. Stephen Miller said tonight that military intervention essentially won’t be necessary because it’ll just happen. And at the same time, this has drawn condemnation from world leaders across Europe, from Finland to Sweden to Norway, all of whom say that Greenland and Denmark have complete territorial sovereignty and the Trump administration cannot take Greenland.
