In his powerful statement, Riyad Al-Malki, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for the State of Palestine, declared the determination of the Palestinians to stay in their homeland. Unmoved by alternative proposals, he challenged those who suggest they leave for artificial or natural islands.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs for us, the true owners of this land, we will remain in this land and we will resist with steadfastness, for our survival, and for the sake of consolidating our right to establish our Palestinian state on the soil of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital,\u201d he defiantly concluded.<\/p>\n
