NYC Mayor-elect \/ Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani responded to House Speaker Mike Johnson\u2019s frantic social media post warning that America is on the verge of being \u201coverrun by mini Mamdanis\u201d after Abdul El-Sayed won the Michigan primary.<\/p>\n

Johnson claimed El-Sayed\u2019s victory meant \u201cradical Marxist Democrats\u201d were pushing America down the path of \u201ccommunism.\u201d Mamdani laughed off the melodrama and broke down what the establishment is actually terrified of:<\/p>\n

WHAT THEY\u2019RE ACTUALLY AFRAID OF:
\nEl-Sayed overcame $60+ MILLION in outside PAC spending by focusing on working-class issues.<\/p>\n

Showing how panicked corporate politicians get when candidates address the cost of living instead of feeding corporate greed.<\/p>\n

If fighting for affordable rent, lower groceries, and healthcare makes you a \u201c\u201dmini Mamdani,\u201d\u201d then sign the working class up.<\/p>\n

Then he has a new paragraph. Democrats now openly express disdain for America and embrace the failed, dangerous, deadly path of communism. Zohran Mamdani: That’s a lot of characters. He must have the Pro account. Well, I’m assuming that’s in response to Abdullah El Sayed’s victory yesterday evening. And I think first, I’d just like to congratulate Doctor Abdullah El Sayed on his victory. He ran a campaign where it was best described by his words of money out of politics, money in your pocket, Medicare for all. And if those simple commitments and beliefs are what drives Representative Johnson to these kinds of conclusions, I think it shows you how deeply out of touch the Republican Party is with the concerns of working class Americans, because what we have seen is, despite him facing more than $60 million in outside spending, he was able to prevail with a focus on a cost of living crisis and the way in which health care is exceedingly out of reach for those who have helped to make this country what it is. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
