Australian activist group @getup_australia , partnering with ethical trading platform @six.invest.au , has scored a massive campaign victory: Australian supermarket giant Coles confirmed it will not extend its data integration contract with Palantir beyond 2027.<\/p>\n

After GetUp organized over 83,000 Australians and leveraged shareholder action at the Coles AGM, the retail giant backed down from its partnership with the tech firm, whose software supports military targeting systems, mass surveillance, and deportations.<\/p>\n

Thousands of shoppers and activists demanded Coles stop feeding 10 billion rows of employee, supply chain, and retail data into Palantir\u2019s systems.<\/p>\n

GetUp shareholder-members forced a formal resolution onto the upcoming Coles AGM agenda, leaving executives with nowhere to hide.<\/p>\n

Palantir\u2019s AI systems are deeply embedded in military operations, battlefield targeting, and surveillance. Activists filed a shareholder resolution and refused to let a local supermarket funnels data into war tech.<\/p>\n
