Abdul El-Sayed didn\u2019t dance around it: American tax dollars \u2014 billions of them, year after year \u2014 funding a system he calls apartheid and genocide against Palestinians, while American communities go without. Roads. Healthcare. Schools. The math never adds up in favor of people at home.<\/p>\n

AIPAC\u2019s own super PAC has already spent real money running ads against him specifically for this \u2014 for supporting the \u201cuncommitted\u201d movement, for refusing to stay quiet. Every senator who\u2019s taken AIPAC money has a reason to want candidates like him silenced.<\/p>\n

His point isn\u2019t complicated: money is a choice. Every dollar sent overseas to arm a war is a dollar not spent on the people who actually elected you.<\/p>\n

Tens of thousands of children. That\u2019s not a rounding error in a budget. That\u2019s the actual cost of where \u201cAmerican values\u201d have been pointed.<\/p>\n
