The allegations have not been proven in criminal court, and none of the seven has been criminally charged.

The website comes after the alleged victim filed a lawsuit describing an hours-long assault and amid the reopening of the criminal investigation by the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office. Prosecutors say they will present evidence to a grand jury.

Morton says the website is about keeping the case in the public eye, warning that “accountability is coming.” He has also said the campaign will expand to advertising and billboards.

WHEN THE SYSTEM DOESN’T MOVE FAST ENOUGH, PUBLIC PRESSURE CAN BECOME A FORCE OF ITS OWN.

But there is an important distinction: these are allegations in a civil lawsuit, not criminal convictions. The reopened investigation will determine whether prosecutors believe criminal charges are warranted.

Source: @pagesix

#Cornell7 #CornellUniversity #TobyMorton #fyp #Justice
English Script:
Former South Park writer Toby Morton has launched a website to expose the seven men from Cornell University, who have now been accused of raping a woman for seven hours in their frat house in 2024. Morton said the site will also target Cornell staff and administrators he believes let the accused off too easily. He plans to add their names, photos and other details as he gathers them. This is the website as it stands, the Cornell seven dot org. It has their faces and names, but Toby Morton is not stopping there because he’s also going to put up billboards around the country exposing these men even further. He has also purchased the different website domains with all of their names that will reroute automatically to the Cornell seven website. I mean, this is great if Cornell and law enforcement didn’t want to pursue accountability in the way that they should have, then the people are clearly taking it into their own hands.

View this post on Instagram A post shared by Daizy Gedeon (@daizygedeon) TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY INTO HIS OWN HANDS.
