\nRenowned Pink Floyd musician and activist, Roger Waters has voiced a pointed critique of fellow musician, U2 lead singer, Bono\u2019s stance on Zionism.<\/p>\n

Waters, wellknown for his outspoken advocacy for Palestinian rights, expressed disgust at Bono\u2019s support and mention of those \u201c\u201dbeautiful kids at the music festival\u201d\u201d referring to the people killed at the Nova Music Festival in Israel on October 7, without referencing or having spoken out against the decades of atrocities committed by Israel against the Palestinians.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that most of \u201c\u201dthose kids\u201d\u201d were KILLED BY ISRAELI helicopter gunships. NOT HAMAS fighters, as per independent Israeli military admissions and media reports. for Zionism<\/p>\n

During the Las Vegas concert, Bono performed a song touching upon themes of nonviolence in the context of recent conflicts in Israel and Gaza, Waters seized the opportunity to address what he viewed as a misguided endorsement of Zionism. He characterized Bono\u2019s actions, particularly the inclusion of references to the Star of David in his performance, as \u201c\u201ddisgusting and degrading.\u201d\u201d<\/p>\n
