\n\u201dWith the aim of arresting thousands\u201d, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered government ministries to prepare prisons for an influx of thousands of inmates, according to a statement from the premier\u2019s office.<\/p>\n

During a meeting with representatives from the ministries of defense, national security, and finance, the IDF and Shin Bet presented estimates showing that thousands of terrorists are expected to be arrested in 2024, which will lead to a lack of space in the prisons if preparations are not made.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas, about 7,000 Palestinians have been arrested without real grounds including children as young as seven, the elederly both women and men in Gaza and the West Bank.<\/p>\n
