In an unprecedented move, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should RESIGN, calling him an obstacle to a two-state solution.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe recognize Israel\u2019s right to protect itself. We reject the policy and the practice of Netanyahu \u2014 terrible. What could be worse than what he has done in response? He should resign. He\u2019s ultimately responsible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked whether she viewed Netanyahu as an obstacle to peace, Pelosi responded: \u201cI don\u2019t know whether he\u2019s afraid of peace, incapable of peace, or just doesn\u2019t want peace. But he has been an obstacle to the two-state solution.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Pelosi joined more than three dozen members of Congress who signed a letter urging President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken to \u201creconsider\u201d a recent decision to authorize a new arms package transfer to Israel.<\/p>\n

The lawmakers had called for the U.S. to withhold future arms transfers until it completes a full investigation into the airstrike that killed seven World Central Kitchen humanitarian workers this month.<\/p>\n

Pelosi is only half-right. It\u2019s great to see her speak up but THE PROBLEM IS NOT JUST NETANYAHU! He is merely a symptom of the rise in Israeli extremism!!<\/p>\n

While this looks good the reality is AMERICA JUST SIGNED INTO LAW A BILL AUTHORISING $26bn in aid to Israel including $17bn in military aid.<\/p>\n

SO PELOSI\u2019S GRANDSTANDING IS ALL BS!!\n <\/p>\n
