The head of the Israeli Labor Party, Yair Golan, warned against a full-scale war with Hezbollah amid Israel\u2019s lack of preparedness.<\/p>\n

In a radio interview, Golan said, \u201cIsrael today and after eight months of fighting, after exhausting the reserve and regular forces, is not ready to kickstart another long war in the north. This needs to be said, painfully, but this is the current situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat was the point of assassinating another senior Hez-bo-llah official when what is needed is the hostage exchange deal in the South? Because a ceasefire deal in the South would lead to a ceasefire in the North,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Slamming the occupation government, Golan described it as a \u201cdestructive, disastrous government that needs to be changed.\u201d<\/p>\n
