Israeli ambassador should be EXPELLED from IRELAND.

An insightful video has resurfaced revealing a confrontation between one of Ireland’s most principled politicians, MP Richard Boyd Barrett, querying why the Israeli Ambassador to Ireland should not be expelled based on the actions of the state of Israel towards the people of Palestine.

This video, originally shared by The Rewind, captures Barrett’s dressing down of the Israeli ambassador after the Ambassador was called to appear before the parliament’s Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade to discuss the situation in Gaza during Israel’s 2014 onslaught against the Palestinian people when similar atrocities were committed.

As we bear witness to the current massacre being conducted before our very own eyes, it compels us to question why more governments around the world are not conducting similar interrogations in their own parliaments when the evidence of Israel’s multitude of violations of international humanitarian law are irrefutable.

We the people are marching, demonstrating and demanding accountability but our lawmakers are reluctant to take action. It makes you question why? Something we should all be demanding of all our politicians at every level of government.

The rules of war were created to protect us all. They are sadly failing the Palestinians and have failed many other groups in the past. Tomorrow it could be us so if we don’t make our voices heard now and continue our fight for basic human rights, maybe we will fall victim might over right in the future.
