DESPITE ICJ RULING NETANYAHU WILL CONTINUE TO KILL
January 27, 2024I was somewhat uplifted after watching the ruling being delivered by the President of the International Court of Justice yesterday, but then as Joan Donoghue wrapped up the measures demanded by the court of Israel, I was left extremely disappointed.
There was no call for an immediate CEASEFIRE, which is the only thing that will SAVE the PALESTINIANS. So in effect, Netanyahu was “”put on notice”” that he needs to curb the actions of his military NOT END THEM!
This was disheartening and then for the USA to continue its claims of the judgement being “”meritless”” was a further blow to humanity.
The only possibility that could bring some relief and save the slaughter of more innocent lives is if the international community, isolates the USA, Israel and UK and adopt sanctions and resolutions and implement them immediately.
This horrific genocide will continue and more Palestinians WILL BE KILLED while the world continues to look on with horror if rational minds don’t take immediate action.
WE THE PEOPLE MUST CONTINUE OUR PROTESTS AND CALL ON OUR GOVERNMENTS TO ABIDE BY INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW!
THIS IS NOT OVER!

English Script:
Daizy: I’m sure, like me, many of you today watched the International Court of Justice deliver its rulings and findings on the case against Israel for genocide. And like me, you probably were uplifted because listening to Judge Donahue, the president of the ICJ, go through the evidence and go through how the judges reached their decision. It became very clear that the court was definitely on the side of South Africa and that the six urgent measures and provisions that they delivered were substantially important. And many people around the world are saying this is a landmark, historic decision. And all of that is very true, because now Israel is on record for being accused of genocide. And there is a case that is going to continue in the International Court of Justice against Israel on genocide, and that is proceeding. So that’s great. The six measures that were introduced and I’m going to bring them up here, were firstly for Israel to take all measures to prevent the acts of genocide from taking place, to ensure the IDF does not engage in any acts of genocide to prevent and punish public incitement to genocide, including by government and military officials, to enable basic services and humanitarian aid to reach Gaza and civilians, to preserve evidence related to violations of the Genocide Convention, and the last one to submit a report to the ICJ within one month on all measures taken in accordance with those measures. Great, Okay. So, but the problem is, and this is where I’m disappointed. The problem is we don’t have a ceasefire. The problem is more people are going to continue to die in this month. And if you think that Israel is going to stop fighting, is going to stop bombing, is going to stop terrorizing the Palestinians in Gaza and in the West Bank, then you sorely misunderstood because that is definitely going to continue. Israel is not going to stop. You know how I know that? Because Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, within an hour or two of the ICJ decision, came out and said so. He said that he’s going to continue to do everything he can to preserve the security of Israel. The same propaganda and narrative we’ve been listening to for the last four months nearly.
So, he’s going to continue that, and Palestinians are going to continue to get slaughtered. And what’s worse is America, America came out and said that it claims that the ICJ decisions were unmerited. Unmerited. You’re talking about 17 of the highest, most official, most, most credible judges, the most authorized people in the world to make a judgment of this level, of this nature. And you’re saying that the case and the grounds were unmerited. All that means to me is that America is scared. It’s scared that it’s going to be pulled into this ruling. It’s going to be pulled into this case because it’s guilty of funding, of supplying weapons of mass destruction against the civilian population. And it’s going to be caught complicit in the act of genocide. And the same goes for Britain. I’m sure Rishi Sunak is going to come out with a similar statement. And they’re going to create this cabal and stick together because they’re all going to go down together if this case continues. But my sadness is that more people are going to die, and that has to stop. So, we need to continue our fight on social media, on the streets, in the universities, in the shops, everywhere we can to continue to voice our objection to this decision and to their violence and their brutality. So, let’s keep going.
