ISRAEL CAUGHT! EVIDENCE OF BREACHES OF ICJ MEASURES
January 30, 2024In direct violation of the International Court of Justice’s rulings handed down on last Friday, Israel has demonstrated its complete disregard for the court and openly breached the court’s two most important measures.
We have pulled together video evidence proving Israel’s BREACH of MEASURE ONE which states that:
The State of Israel shall ensure with immediate effect that its military does not:
1. Kill members of the group (Palestinians);
2. Cause serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
3. Deliberately inflict conditions of life to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.
As well as: MEASURE TWO:
The State of Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Nic Robertson: This is Kerem Shalom crossing. The aid trucks are down here. The army is controlling the crossing. But the reason the trucks can’t get through is this. A protest of people. They say they don’t want the food to go into Gaza because it falls into the hands of Hamas. They say hold back the humanitarian aid so that the hostages can get released. There are perhaps a couple of hundred people here. Today, the border was closed. The last few days, they’ve had protests. The border was closed as well. The number one interim ruling from the International Court of Justice for Israel to follow: Keep the humanitarian aid flowing. Right now, it’s getting blocked here by this protest.
Israeli Soldier: No aid! No aid! Don’t be afraid of occupation! Don’t be afraid of occupation! No aid and no nothing! We are now going to block the (trucks containing) aid!
