One courageous protester eloquently captured their sentiment, expressing profound frustration and anger, as she squarely accused the leader of the Opposition Labour Party in Britain, Keir Starmer, and the councillors of having ‘blood on their hands’ due to their failure to advocate for a ceasefire amid the devastating toll on innocent Palestinian lives, especially children.

UN human rights experts have stated that Israel is destroying Gaza’s food system and using food as a weapon against the Palestinian people. It is not enough to state your concerns, you have to call for a ceasefire. You have to call for an end to the genocide in Gaza. We are calling on Camden Council to represent its constituents.
