PALESTINIANS CAN’T TEACH HATE BECAUSE ISRAEL CONTROLS WHAT THEY TEACH

ANOTHER MYTH DEBUNKED
PALESTINIANS TEACH HATE AND ISRAELIS TEACH PEACE!!
Renowned Australian journalist and activist Robert Martin engages in a conversation with Professor Nurit Peled-Elhanan, Israeli Philologist at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, on the prevailing narrative that Palestinian children are taught to hate Israelis and how FAR FROM THE TRUTH that is.
Prof. Peled-Elhanan highlights the stark reality that Palestinians are severely restricted in their ability to shape the educational content taught in schools, universities and general society, despite claims to the contrary. She explains that Palestinians are unable to teach hate even “if they wanted to”.
She sheds light on ISRAEL’S DIRECT INFLUENCE over Palestinian educational materials, particularly in East Jerusalem. Whilst the Palestinian Authority might influence the curriculum, the financing and oversight from international entities such as the World Bank and the EU underscore the pervasive control of external forces in determining what is allowed into the Palestinian Occupied Territories.
There’s a lack of awareness and understanding regarding this false narrative that has permeated global beliefs due to the widespread propaganda campaign waged by the Zionist Israeli regime to make us believe that all Palestinians, in fact all Arabs are terrorists and want to destroy the West.
THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE.

Robert Martin: We continually hear that the Palestinians teach hate, and the Israelis teach peace.
Nurit Peled-Elhanan: Not really.
Robert Martin: So, tell me about your book and your study.
Nurit Peled-Elhanan:First of all, the Palestinians don’t teach hate because even if they wanted to, they couldn’t have because they’re so monitored, supervised and censored by Israel directly and indirectly, by the World Bank, by European Union, and by the Israeli military and by the Israeli Minister of education. So even if they wanted to, they couldn’t have.
Robert Martin: Oh okay. So that’s something that we don’t hear. We don’t hear about that.
Nurit Peled-Elhanan:You don’t hear about that. I have a colleague, Samira Alayan who is a specialist in that. So
you can you know, you can interview her as well. So even if they wanted to, they couldn’t, they cannot do anything. They they can hardly teach about their own history in their books.
Robert Martin: Tell me about that. So the the Israeli government controls or has to sign off, doesn’t it, on…
Nurit Peled-Elhanan: No. The books of the Palestinian Authority, which I studied in the West Bank and Gaza, are financed by the World Bank, European Union and some European countries. And they all monitor and supervise and censor it. So it’s indirectly through Israel, in East Jerusalem…
