Zomi Franckom: Hey, this Zomi and Chef Oli we’re at the Deir Balah kitchen and we’ve got the mise en place. Tell us a little bit about it chef Oli.
Chef Oli: First we cook the rice, so we have all the water for…we boil the water, the boiling water and the rice. We put oil for the onions and add the spices and after we…the rice we add the water. This makes up spices, there is black lemon, chili, seven mixed spices, bael leaves, salt pepper and tomato paste.
