E.U. CONDEMNS ISRAEL’S STRIKE ON IRAN ATTACKS ON DIPLOMATS ARE AGAINST THE LAW!

The European Union has sharply criticised Israel for its attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria this week.

“The European Union condemns the attack on an Iranian diplomatic installation in Damascus on 1 April, as well as the reported casualties. In this highly tense regional situation, it is imperative to show utmost restraint. Further escalation in the region is in no one’s interest. The principle of the inviolability of diplomatic and consular premises and personnel must be respected in all cases and in all circumstances in accordance with international law.”

This was clearly a breach of a nation’s sovereignty and a violation of international law.

It’s good to see the EU finally defending the institution of international law.

The West is finally admitting to the uncouth beast Israel represents.

انتقد الاتحاد الأوروبي بشدة إسرائيل بسبب هجومها على السفارة الإيرانية في سوريا هذا الأسبوع.

يدين الاتحاد الأوروبي الهجوم على المنشأة الدبلوماسية الإيرانية في دمشق في الأول من نيسان/أبريل، وكذلك الضحايا المبلّغ عنهم. وفي هذا الوضع الإقليمي المتوتر للغاية، من الضروري إظهار أقصى درجات ضبط النفس. إن المزيد من التصعيد في المنطقة ليس في مصلحة أحد ويجب احترام مبدأ حرمة المباني الدبلوماسية والقنصلية وموظفيها في جميع الأحوال وفي جميع الظروف وفقًا للقانون الدولي.

فهذا انتهاك واضح لسيادة الدولة وانتهاك للقانون الدولي ومن الجيد أن نرى الاتحاد الأوروبي يدافع أخيرًا عن مؤسسة القانون الدولي.

لقد اعترف الغرب أخيرًا بقساوة الوحش الذي تمثله إسرائيل.
