ICC SEEKS ARREST WARRANTS FOR & NETANYAHU MINISTERS
May 20, 2024In an historic announcement, the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor Karim Kahn has announced he is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, Minister Benny Gantz as well as three Hamas leaders.
The warrants against the Israeli politicians mark the first time the ICC has targeted the top leader of a close ally of the United States. The decision puts Netanyahu in the company of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, for whom the ICC issued an arrest warrant over Moscow’s war on Ukraine.
The ICC is also seeking warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, the leader of the Al Qassem Brigades and Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas’ political leader.
By applying for the arrest warrants against Israeli and Hamas leaders in the same action, Khan’s office risks attracting criticism that it places a terror organization and an elected government on an equivalent footing.
A panel of ICC judges will now consider Khan’s application for the arrest warrants.
*The importance of this action cannot be understated. The highest criminal court in the world, applying the standards of international law fairly and equitably, has deemed Netanyahu and his mob of murderers, potential CRIMINALS.
They can no longer hide behind the false rhetoric of “”ISRAEL HAS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF””.
The serious implications of this action will reverberate in the corridors of power in Washington D.C., London, France, Germany, Australia and any other country that continues to support Israel in its war of genocide against the Palestinians.*
EVIL WILL BE DEFEATED!

Karim Khan: I can also confirm today that I have reasonable grounds to believe on the basis of evidence collected and examined by my office, that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant bear criminal responsibility for the following international crimes committed on the territory of the State of Palestine from at least the 8th of October 2023. The crimes include starvation of civilians as a method of warfare, willfully causing great suffering, serious injury to body or health or cruel treatment, willful killing or murder, and intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population, as well as crimes against humanity of extermination and or murder, persecution and allegations of crimes of committing other inhumane acts. It’s alleged that these crimes were committed in the context of the ongoing armed conflict and as part of a widespread and systematic attack against the civilian population of Gaza pursuant to a state policy. Unfortunately, these crimes continue to this day. My office submits that these individuals, through a common plan, have systematically deprived the civilian population of Gaza of objects indispensable to human survival. We have reached that conclusion based upon interviews with survivors, many eyewitnesses, experts from satellite imagery, statements from Israeli officials, including the two individuals subject to the present application.
