U.S. ADMITS POSSIBLE ISRAELI WAR CRIMES PLEDGES TO CONTINUE SUPPLYING ARMS
June 6, 2024An exchange took place between US Spokesperson, Matthew Miller, and journalist, Humeyra Pamuk, in which she questioned the US policy towards Israel amidst war crimes.
Pamuk: “So, you’re saying we don’t know if Israeli forces have committed war crimes in Gaza or not.”
Miller: “It’s reasonable to conclude that they may have.”
Pamuk: “Despite these assessments.. there is no change in US policy to continue providing arms to Israel?”
Miller: “There is no change in our policy… We will continue to support Israel’s security.”
The hypocrisy of the US is unopposed. The human rights they speak of. The countless coupes they supposedly supported under the guise of ‘human rights abuse.””
The US serves ONE thing: It’s interest. It cares about NOTHING and NO ONE else.

English Script:
Humeyra Pamuk: So you’re just saying that we don’t know if Israeli forces have committed war crimes in Gaza or not? You said we don’t know.
Matthew Miller: I would go a bit further and say that we said, we don’t know the definitive answer to it, but NSM-20 reports said it’s reasonable to conclude that they may have, given the sheer number of incidents, but we need to finish these processes to have definitive answers to the question.
Humeyra Pamuk: So despite these assessments, you think, there is no change in the U.S. policy to continue providing arms to Israel?
Matthew Miller: There is no change in our policy. As you know, we paused one shipment. But we have not changed our overall policy, and we will continue to support Israel’s security.
