ALMOST THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF GAZA IS DISPLACED
July 3, 2024Speaking at the UN Security Council, the humanitarian coordinator for Gaza, Sigrid Kaag, said that there are now 1.9 million Palestinians displaced in the territory.
She also pointed out that “the volume of aid entering Gaza or being distributed across Gaza has dropped significantly.”
But, of course, Sigrid will be attacked as an antisemite, or as someone that’s not credible to speak on the matter because the narrative defies that which the US and Israel want to hear.

Sigrid Kaag: Following the Israeli offenses against Rafah. Since the 6th of May, over 1 million people have been displaced once again, desperately seeking shelter and safety. 1.9 million people are now displaced across Gaza, and I’m deeply concerned about reports of new evacuation orders issued into the area of Khan Yunis. The volume of aid entering into Gaza or being distributed across Gaza has dropped significantly. Military activity and the lack of safe routes inside Gaza continue to severely impact humanitarian operations. Mr. president, while humanitarian assistance will be required for years to come. Planning and preparing for the early recovery and reconstruction of Gaza is essential. We cannot ask Palestinian civilians to put their future on hold while they cling to their human dignity under the most inhumane circumstances.
