HISTORIC ICJ RULING PRECURSOR TO GLOBAL SANCTIONS AGAINST ISRAEL
July 22, 2024The International Criminal Court ruling last week was a huge blow to Israel and sent a loud warning to the USA that inspite of their threats and warnings, the guardians of international law for ALL humanity, will not be intimidated, bullied or bought. They are demonstrating how seriously they respect their role and in history’s name they want to be rememebered as having fulfilled their duty, even if it has taken them far too long.
As Palestinian politician, Mustafa Barghouti says in this report, this decisiion now opens the way for the international community to impose sanctions and boycotts on Israel and to hold accountable any nation or groups supporting the genocidal, apartheid regime of Israel.
The noose is closing around the necks of the zionists. Whilst they will continue to thrash around until they are decisively beat, it is up to us, the people of the world to maintain pressure on our leaders to enforce the rulings of the ICJ and use our own moral compass to guide us on what actions we must take, participate in and not remain silent.
More of us need to RISE NOW. There is no excuse for anyone to stay silent or believe it is none of their business. IT IS ALL OUR BUSINESS!!

Nawaf Salam: Annexation and an assertion of permanent control over the occupied Palestinian territory and continued frustration of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination violates fundamental principles of international law and renders Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestine territory unlawful.
Mustafa Barghouti: It is a big blow to the Israeli side. To Israel as a state, as an establishment, as a government, as settlers. And it is a big victory to the Palestinian cause. In my opinion, the value of this resolution is very big because it provides a very strong fundamental basis for demanding sanctions and boycott of Israel.
Geoffrey Nice: Is the world really going to say we’re going to abandon all international law? We’re not going to take any notice of these findings because it’s politically uncomfortable? I rather doubt that. It’s going to make it much harder for the Army of Israeli Defense Force to continue. And any other action that supports the settlements in particular.
