HEZBOLLAH VOWS STRATEGIC REPRISAL TO ISRAEL’S BEIRUT ATTACK
August 2, 2024Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrallah, warns that the group will have a “real response” to an Israeli strike on Tuesday, 30 July, that killed senior military commander Fuad Shukr in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
“We are looking for a real response, for real opportunities, and for a very well-thought-out response,” says Nasrallah in a televised speech broadcast during Shukr’s funeral ceremony in Beirut.
