PALESTINIAN FAMILY RESISTS SETTLER OCCUPATION
August 26, 2024Members of an evicted Palestinian family and their supporters marched onto land which was illegally occupied by armed Israeli settlers, in what’s become a fast-growing encampment protest to get the land back.
“These are minors that have guns and weapons in order to threaten us.”
The incident led to altercations where Israeli forces were called to push the protesters out of the land.
The land grab would pave the way for the establishment of more settlements, joining other settlements in the area, and leaving nowhere to go for Palestinian landowners.
