Chen Kugle, Israel’s Chief Forensic Pathologist, Exposed for Fabricating ’40 Children Beheaded’ Story

Israel’s Chief Forensic Pathologist, Chen Kugle, who is claiming that the Bibas family was “Murdered by Hamas’s Bare Hands,” (as opposed to an Israeli Airstrike), has a history of falsifying forensic reports in court for political purposes, for the state of israel. He confessed to this in court in 2015, and is on record lying in court for Israel in 2005, and on several other occasions.
Chen is also the originator of the “40 beheaded babies on 10/7” lie, that sparked massive outrage but was disproven by Israeli newspaper Haaretz. Chen claimed that there were multiple beheaded babies speaking to several media sources, but a Haaretz investigation concluded only 1 baby was killed on 10/7 – (Mila Cohen), from a stray bullet.
Chen is on record lying during a 2005 case where an IDF sniper shot British Journalist Tom Hurndall. He tried to claim for the state of israel that Tom died of “Pneumonia” and “Morphine,” instead of the gunshot wound to his head (which the court rejected).
His lab, Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, has a history of controversy, and is the lab that illegally harvested organs from Palestinian/Israeli patients without consent, and had autopsy misconduct with Rachel Corrie. The Doctor he trained under, Dr Yehuda Hiss, has a history of misconduct, and was ultimately fired for lying and obstruction of justice.
Finally, Chen is exposed as a “Israeli National Security Intelligence Officer,” in the 2013 piece “Body of the Enemy,” and served in the IDF for 21 years.
Why it matters: the Bibas Family (Shiri – active duty IDF soldier and her 2 babies) were taken hostage on 10/7. Early in the war (November 2023) Hamas informed Israel that the Bibas had been killed in an airstrike.
Hamas offered to return the bodies at the time, but Israel refused. Recent reports show that Netanyahu was intentionally blocking ceasefire efforts and hostage returns.
So why now, 400+ days later, does Israel become interested in getting the bodies back? And why send them to a fraudulent forensic expert? (More on last slide above)
