Who Can Stop Israel? 2,000+ Ceasefire Violations in Lebanon | Special Report from Beirut
April 4, 2025
Israel has VIOLATED the ceasefire with Lebanon OVER 2000 TIMES!!
I went to the Dahiyeh to see the latest attack by Israel on the southern suburb of Beirut.
In the middle of the night, without warning, Israel struck a building, killing 4, and in clear violation of the ceasefire agreement.
Will not anyone stand in Israel’s way?
Why is Israel ALLOWED to act with such impunity, avoiding any global consequences?!

Daizy Gedeon: Hi. I’ve decided to come down to the Dahieh. Behind me is the site of the latest Israeli bombing of the southern suburbs of Beirut. I’ve been reluctant to come down because I really needed to get approval from Hezbollah, and we have been struggling for the last month to be able to show you firsthand what’s been going on in the southern suburbs of Beirut. So we’ve taken a bit of a risk to come down here today. We’ve asked a few people, but we haven’t been able to get through to the Ministry of Information related to Hezbollah. But anyway, we’re here to talk to you and show you what’s really going on in the latest attack. So first and foremost, what everyone needs to know is that Israel has violated the ceasefire agreement that was signed on the 27th of November, 2024, between Hezbollah and Israel, more than 2000 times. We’ve spoken to people here who have had to still escape the South, and they haven’t been able to go to their villages in the south. 11,000 homes and buildings have been destroyed by the Israeli attacks on Lebanon. I wanted to come down here. I wanted to see it for myself. These buildings here, if you have a look. This was one of the attacks during the war last year, the main attacks. This used to be here a playground, a sports field. You can still see behind…well, in front of me, the goalposts of the soccer, football seam. These are all civilian areas. Obviously, we know the attack that hit the pink building behind me, the three levels of the pink building behind me, were targeting senior Hezbollah operatives. That’s what the reports are saying. People here have told us that’s true. Not sure how active he is. Not sure how active Hezbollah is, actually. There’s been a significant change to the dynamics of Hezbollah in Lebanon. They’re working more politically, less militarily. The overwhelming opinion is Hezbollah is abiding by the ceasefire agreement, wants to support Lebanon’s position to bring peace and security and stability, supporting the Lebanese government. It attempts to push the Lebanese army into all areas to secure the borders. But Israel is doing everything it can to violate that agreement and to force Hezbollah and maybe even Lebanon to retaliate. My friends from the Bekaa Valley have had to escape again. They have told me about the trauma they are still experiencing by the unexpected flybys, low flybys by Israeli warplanes across the Bekaa and bombings that they are still experiencing to this day. We’re going to go in now, but I just wanted to be able to tell you that Israel has not abided by the agreement, the ceasefire agreement. What is the world doing about that? Is it complete impunity? Is there no law, no agreement? Nothing that Israel will abide by? Is there no force other than America that can stop Israel? I believe the people have the power. I believe we the people have the power. We the people have so much influence. Boycotting chains. Boycotting companies. Boycotting different industries that support the Israeli genocide and the support the impunity of Israel globally, the Zionist movement globally and those that are complicit with it. Governments including America, including France, including Britain, including Germany. All countries that have not imposed boycotts on Israel are with Israel. All the people of these nations need to stand up and demand not just in protest, but through your bank account, through the purchases you make, through the votes that you take in elections in your own countries. This is about us as human beings and our humanity, protecting the future of people. What does the future look like for us? It looks miserable, it’s scary if we don’t stand up and stand up now.
