From Native America to Palestine: How Israel Mirrors America’s Erasure of Indigenous People
August 11, 2025
They called it “civilization” when they stole the land, massacred the people, erased the language, and burned the culture of Native Americans.
Today, they call it “self-defense” while doing the exact same thing to Palestinians.
One was wrapped in the flag of America.
The other, in the flag of Israel.
Different centuries. Same blueprint for erasure.
History isn’t just repeating, it’s screaming at us. If we don’t speak up now, we become the silent accomplices of another stolen homeland.

Columbus didn’t discover this land. He stepped on the ground where our ancestors had walked for centuries. They burned our language, took our children. But I still pray in the words they tried to erase. They tried to silence our songs, burn our names, bury our ways. They say this nation stands for freedom. But its roots grew from broken treaties and stolen graves. The American dream skips every border where a reservation begins. That wasn’t an accident. It was design. Grandma, my teacher said we’re part of forgotten history. We weren’t forgotten, baby. We were silenced. But why would they do that? Because remembering us means facing what they did. Why can’t you just let go of history? Because history never let go of us. You really think this is your land? I don’t think it. I carry its memory in my blood.
