Qatari PM Sheikh Mohammed Al Thani Slams Netanyahu Over ‘Cowardly’ Threats Against Qatar
September 12, 2025
Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Al Thani slammed Netanyahu after Israel’s cowardly strike on Doha, exposing his lies and threats as nothing more than desperate power plays.
“Hosting Hamas was part of mediation efforts REQUESTED by the U.S. and Israel themselves.” Yet Netanyahu dares to threaten Qatar while hiding behind genocidal rhetoric, war crimes, and shameless electioneering.
The world sees it: a narcissistic war criminal trying to drag everyone down with him. But Qatar just reminded Israel and the U.S. sovereignty is not negotiable.

English Script:
Benjamin Netanyahu: We went after the terrorist masterminds who committed the October 7th massacre, and we did so in Qatar, which gives safe haven. It harbors terrorists, it finances Hamas, it gives its terrorists chieftains, sumptuous villas, it gives them everything. So we did exactly what America did when it went after the terrorists, al-Qaida terrorists in Afghanistan and after they went and killed Osama bin laden in Pakistan. Now, the various countries of the world condemn Israel. They should be ashamed of themselves. What did they do after America took out Osama Bin Laden? Did they say, oh, what a terrible thing was done to Afghanistan or to Pakistan? No, they applauded. They should applaud Israel for standing up to the same principles and carrying them out. And I say to Qatar and all nations who harbor terrorists, you either expel them or you bring them to justice. Because if you don’t, we will.
Becky Anderson: He has said, and I quote, the Israeli prime Minister here, “I say to Qatar, and to all nations who harbor terrorists, his words, not mine. You either expel them or bring them to justice. Because if you don’t, we will.”
Qatari PM: Well, we don’t accept, first of all, such a threat coming from someone like Netanyahu. And he’s calling about bring them to justice. He needs to be brought to justice. He’s the one who’s wanted to the ICC. That’s number one. So I think that someone like him, trying to lecture the world about the law. He’s breaking every law. He broke every international law. He’s a starving people analyst. He is doing all these rogue actions in the entire region. What’s next? What’s next for him?
Becky Anderson: You’ve described him as a narcissist. What do you mean by that?
Qatari PM: Well, I have no other explanation because the act itself, I mean, the significance of this act. There is no human mind can just absorb. You know, it’s…We were thinking that we are dealing with civilized people. That’s the way we are dealing with others. And the action that he took. It’s very like…I can’t describe it, but it’s a barbaric action.
