ICE Orders 20 Armoured Vehicles From Canada’s Roshel in $10M Deal — Why the Rush?
December 4, 2025🚨🇨🇦BREAKING CANADA
ICYMI: ICE has ordered a fleet of 20 armoured vehicles from Canadian manufacturer Roshel for $10 million CAD — and the turnaround is expected to be fast.
According to the @cbc CBC-reported justification, ICE argued that “delaying this procurement would significantly impact operational readiness and hinder ICE’s ability to deploy mission-critical resources in a timely manner.” In other words, urgency over accountability.
This is why our struggles are connected. We are confronting the same institutions, the same policies, the same systems that rely on militarization, surveillance, and force.
These tactics don’t stay inside borders — they travel. And so does the money.
Canada supplying armoured vehicles to an agency known for snatching people off the streets, tearing families apart, and locking human beings in cages is complicity. Full stop.
If Canada helps enable this machinery of repression there, we should not pretend it could never be used here. This is why global solidarity — organized, coordinated, and loud — is necessary.
Tell Canadian Prime Minister @markjcarney that doing business with ICE and agents who include known criminals, IOF soldiers, and Right Wing Insurrectionists is ugly work, unCanadian, and sets a president for a future in Canada of human rights abuses.
