American soldiers used as pawns in Israeli wars says political commentator Owen Shroyer
December 8, 2025
Washington loves to talk about “defending democracy”…
but somehow that always seems to mean sending American soldiers to fight Israel’s battles.
Political commentator Owen Shroyer exposes a truth no one in power wants to touch:
Every time someone questions these endless foreign entanglements —
every time someone asks why U.S. troops are dying in wars that have nothing to do with American soil —
they’re immediately branded “isolationists,” “anti-American,” or “extremists.”
It’s the oldest trick in the book:
Silence the critics, shame the truth-tellers, and keep the military machine running.
But millions of Americans are finally asking the real questions:
Why are U.S. soldiers being used as pawns in conflicts driven by foreign interests?
Who really benefits from these wars?
And why is calling for peace treated like a crime?

English Script:
Owen: You would gladly send every American soldier to die for Israel, Mark. Don’t you say a damn thing about our military. Don’t you say a damn thing.
Mark: I call these people Fifth Column isolationists because they’re a dire threat to this country.
Owen: Oh, if we don’t do what Israel wants in the Middle East, we’re isolationists. Well, you know what? Fine. I am an isolationist. So what? I’m an isolationist. I want nothing to do with Israel. So what? I bet America wouldn’t have any of these problems if it wasn’t for our relationship with Israel.
