Angelina Jolie Arrives at Rafah Crossing to Aid Gaza as Humanitarian Crisis Deepens

Angelina Jolie visited the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing into Gaza on Friday, meeting with members of the Red Crescent and other workers delivering humanitarian aid.
Jolie has a history of humanitarian work through the UN
Refugee Agency, UNHCR, serving as a Goodwill Ambassador from 2001-2012 and as Special Envoy from 2012-2022.
Her visit comes as Israel banned 37 human aid organizations.
