James Talarico: Well, ICE shot a mom in the face. I kidnaped a five year old boy, Liam Ramos, and brought him all the way here to Texas. ICE executed Alex Petty in the street in broad daylight, shooting him in the back. So this agency is out of control. We have to impeach Secretary Kristi Noem. We’ve got to haul these masked men before Congress so the world can see their faces. I would not vote to give this agency any more money. I would take that money that they’ve put into this agency and put it back into our health care, where it belongs.
