UN Warning on Lebanon
At a briefing to the United Nations Security Council, UN Relief Chief Tom Fletcher warned about the devastating toll of conflict on civilians in Lebanon.
“When the world turns away from international law and human solidarity, when the global order fractures and rules are ignored, civilians are the ones who suffer,” Fletcher said, calling for an end to the violence.
“Enough.”
