Israel is officially running the Gaza playbook on Lebanon and they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore. Defense Minister Israel Katz just confirmed that the IDF has been ordered to destroy the Litani River crossings and level border villages, using the exact same Beit Hanoun and Rafah models that wiped Gaza off the map
Israel is cutting off the South from the rest of the country, trapping civilians and blocking life-saving aid. Katz is openly bragging about making the South unlivable, declaring that hundreds of thousands of Lebanese will never return to their homes.
While the world watches, the same atrocities we saw in Gaza are being exported to Lebanon with total impunity. They are targeting the infrastructure of life to force a population into submission.

Israel Katz: The government, Benjamin Netanyahu, and I have instructed the IDF to immediately destroy all crossings over the Litani River that are used for terrorist activities. This is to prevent the movement of Hezbollah operatives and weapons southward, and additionally to accelerate the demolition of Lebanese homes in border villages to mitigate threats to Israeli communities, following the model of Beit Hanoun in Rafah, Gaza. The IDF continues its ground operations in Lebanon with intensity to eliminate Hezbollah operatives and to quickly reach the anti-tank line and strategic points to protect the communities. The IDF has continued to allow the evacuation of South Lebanon residents northward across the Litani River from the war zone for their safety.
