Kiryat Shmona Mayor Avichai Stern just went scorched earth on the Netanyahu government during a meeting with ministry heads. With his city under relentless fire from Hezbollah and Iran, Stern didn’t hold back:
“I wake up every morning feeling as if the State of Israel is fighting me, not the enemies.”
He exposed the victory narrative as a total fraud, pointing out that 4,700 apartments in his city have zero protection.
“You don’t send a soldier into battle without body armor,” he shouted, “so why place civilians on the front line without it?”
While D.C. and Israel push for regional escalation, Stern warns that the Home Front has been abandoned, with residents given 10 seconds to reach shelters that don’t exist.
