UN Reclassifies Epstein Case as Crimes Against Humanity After 3M DOJ Files Released
April 14, 2026
UN Human Rights Experts have declared that the systematic abuse documented in the Epstein Files transcends mere human trafficking, qualifying instead as a global criminal enterprise and potentially meeting the legal threshold for crimes against humanity.
Following the release of over 3 million pages by the U.S. Department of Justice, independent experts appointed by the UN Human Rights Council released a scathing statement.
They argued that the scale, transnational reach, and terrifying level of impunity for those involved indicate a widespread attack on civilians that shocks the conscience of humanity.
By elevating the case to the status of crimes against humanity, the UN panel is signaling that accountability cannot end with Epstein’s death or a handful of resignations.
They are calling for independent investigations in every national and international court with jurisdiction, asserting that no one is too wealthy or too powerful to be above the law.
