EU Sanctions Violent Israeli Settlers After Months of Deadlock, Says Kaja Kallas
May 13, 2026
The European Union has officially stopped talking and started acting. After months of being held hostage by political vetoes, the EU has finally approved a major sanctions package targeting the extremist settlers and organizations terrorizing the West Bank.
EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas made it crystal clear: “‘Violence and extremism’ carry consequences.” The message to the radical settler movement is simple—the world is done watching you torch homes and steal land with zero accountability.
The sanctions hit major players and organizations, including Regavim, Amana, HaShomer Yosh, and the Nachala movement led by Daniella Weiss. These groups are the backbone of the illegal colonization of Palestinian land, and now their money is being frozen and their travel is being cut off.
By freezing assets, the EU is making it impossible for these extremist groups to use European financial systems to fund their “annexation” of the West Bank.
The free pass for settler violence is officially expiring.
SHAME ON THE OCCUPATION! ACCOUNTABILITY IS COMING.
