Israeli Airstrikes Kill Paramedics and Civilians in South Lebanon Despite Ceasefire Agreement

In the village of Hanouiyeh in the Tyre province, an Israeli warplane targeted an emergency medical facility belonging to the Islamic Health Association. The direct hit slaughtered four paramedics instantly and left several others wounded inside the ruins of the clinic.A separate, ruthless strike slammed into the coastal town of Deir Qanoun al-Nahr. The attack killed six people, including a young Syrian girl and two dedicated paramedics from the Al-Rissala Scouts Association who had rushed out to save lives.
This bloody Friday follows a devastating airstrike that heavily damaged the Tebnine Governmental Hospital. The blast shattered emergency rooms, intensive care units, and parked ambulances, injuring nine people—including seven heroic healthcare workers.
According to the Lebanese Health Ministry and the World Health Organization (WHO), at least 16 hospitals have been damaged and 116 healthcare workers have been systematically killed since the latest military campaign began.
The world needs to stop celebrating useless pieces of paper signed in Washington and face the brutal reality of the ongoing erasure of Lebanon.
