It has come to my attention that my position on the ongoing genocide and humanitarian crisis in the Middle East has been questioned. I would like to state unequivocally that I do not support violence, indiscriminate killings, or oppression against any people, regardless of race, religion, gender, or nationality.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to telling the stories of marginalized and underrepresented communities. This commitment has been the foundation of my independent journalism and documentary work.
For more than a decade, the Daizy Gedeon brand has produced and published credible, objective, and impactful reporting on Lebanon, the Israel-Palestine conflict, and other major global issues across both digital and traditional platforms.
I remain deeply committed to the principles of justice, truth, accountability, and ethical journalism, and will continue to ensure that stories of human rights, dignity, and oppression remain central to my work.
لقد لفت انتباهي أنّ موقفي من الإبادة الجماعية والأزمة الإنسانية المستمرتين في الشّرق الأوسط قد أصبح موضع تشكيك. وأودّ أن أوضح بشكل قاطع أنّني لا أدعم العنف أو القتل العشوائي أو القمع ضد أي شعب، بغضّ النّظر عن العرق أو الدين أو الجنس أو الجنسية.
طوال مسيرتي المهنية، بقيت ملتزمة بسرد قصص المجتمعات المهمّشّة وغير الممثَّلة بما يكفي. وقد شكّل هذا الالتزام أساس عملي في الصّحافة المستقلّة والأفلام الوثائقيّة.
على مدى أكثر من عقد، أنتجت علامة “”ديزي جدعون”” تقارير موثوقة وموضوعية ومؤثّرة ونشرتها، حول لبنان والصّراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي وغيرها من القضايا العالمية الكبرى عبر المنصات الرّقمية والتّقليدية.
ولا أزال ملتزمة التزامًا عميقًا بمبادئ العدالة والحقيقة والمساءلة والصّحافة الأخلاقية، وسأواصل العمل على إبقاء قضايا حقوق الإنسان والكرامة والقمع في صميم عملي.
