A red carpet moment at the Tribeca Festival has sparked outrage after Lizzy Savetsky and Elon Gold were mocking Palestinian victims who have reported rape, abuse and mistreatment inside Israeli prisons.
The backlash was immediate.
For many people, there is nothing funny about allegations of torture, sexual violence or the suffering of prisoners.
