A new human rights report reveals that nearly 25% of all Palestinians killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank since Oct 2023 were minors. This is the highest child fatality rate the territory has seen since 1967.
The youngest victims include 2-year-old Layla al-Khatib, who was shot inside her own home, sitting on her mother’s lap.
