Historic 1967 ABC Report Shows Palestinian Displacement and Warns of ‘Seeds of Revenge’

Following the 1967 Six-Day War (Naksa), over 250,000 Palestinians were forced across the Jordan River into Jordan—many displaced for the second time in less than two decades.

This archival footage, featured in Mor Loushy’s award-winning 2015 documentary Censored Voices, pairs long-hidden audio recordings of Israeli soldiers recorded right after the war with present-day interviews. In their own words, the soldiers detail forced civilian displacement, treatment of prisoners, and the stark reality behind the official state propaganda.
